This new job board is a pilot project being tested as a source dedicated solely to connecting trades-based youth/apprentices, employers and certified journeypersons across Ontario. The goal is to provide a unique portal specifically for those working in the province's skilled trades.

HireWithConfidence.ca allows employers to post vacancies and search for apprentices or journeypersons by trade and/or location.

As part of the pilot, the College is seeking feedback from users with the aim of making the job bank a top job-connecting and matching resource for Ontario-based apprentices, journeypersons and employers.
