Congratulations to this year’s Pin and Medal Design Contest winners Brooke Longman and Carolyn Dandie!
Brooke Longman, a grade 11 student from H.B. Beal Secondary School, submitted her design entry as part of a Technology Communications class, under the advisement of Mrs. Rake. Brooke is the 2016-2017 Medal Design Contest winner. Congratulations, Brooke!
Carolyn Dandie, a 2nd year Graphic Design student from Mohawk College, advised by Mitch Thompson, is the 2016-2017 Pin Design Contest winner. Congratulations, Carolyn!
Skills Ontario received over 250 entries for its Pin and Medal Design contest, making 2016-2017 the largest pool of submissions for the selection committee. Submissions poured in from across the province, and included work from both secondary and post-secondary students.
Thank you to the strong efforts of all contestants this year, and the ongoing support of educators across Ontario!
