Congratulations to Trevor Ritchie, an OTSC Culinary Arts alumnus, for winning Gold at the Bocuse d'Or Canada 2016 National Selection Competition! Trevor has beat out the best in Canada to be the Canadian contestant in the 2019 contest. It's a very big achievement indeed, and we wish him the best of luck at the next level of competition!
