Skills Ontario is proud to announce a partnership with Job Talks to facilitate a series of videos to promote careers in the skilled trades and technologies.
Each video will focus on a specific trade area and feature interviews with tradespeople to show youth in the province the wide range of career possibilities open in the skilled trades and technologies, including careers in management and training.
Skills Ontario is actively seeking one male and one female per trade area on a first-come, first-served volunteer basis. Interested and qualified tradespeople are encouraged to contact Skills Ontario Programs by e-mail citing:
- What trade area they can represent
- Approximate geographical location in Ontario
- Whether or not they are available to interview at the 2017 Skills Ontario Competition (Toronto Congress Centre, May 1 or May 2)
