Join us at the Skills Ontario Competition, May 7-9, 2018.  This event is completely open and FREE for the public to attend as spectators.

 

Monday May 7, 2018 - Elementary Activity Day

7:00am-5:00pm:       Some Secondary and Post-Secondary Contests underway
      Secondary: Home & Team Building and Robotics
      Post-Secondary: Aesthetics, Auto Painting, Baking, Culinary Arts, Horticulture & Landscape Gardening,           Precision Machining, Restaurant Service and Welding          
8:00am-4:00pm:     Elementary Challenges underway
9:00am-12:00pm:     Elementary Young Women's Conference
9:00am-3:00pm:     Career Exploration Showcase: Open to the public
9:00am-12:00pm:     Elementary Career Awareness Workshops: Morning session
12:00pm-3:00pm:     Elementary Career Awareness Workshops: Afternoon session
2:30pm-3:00pm:     Best Booth Awards are presented to Showcase Exhibitors
3:30pm-4:30pm:     Elementary Challenge Award Ceremonies: times vary by challenge and happen at the challenge sites

9:00am-3:00pm: Career Exploration Showcase: Open to the public

1:00pm-3:30pm:

 Aboriginal Student Conference at the OTSC
2:00pm: Culinary Arts & Baking Contests: Plate Presentations
3:45pm: Robotics: Medal Rounds Begin
4:15pm: TV & Video Production Contest: Public Screening Begins
